BGM AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED WARRANTY

BGM Automotive provides a limited warranty of 7 years or 77,000 miles, whichever occurs first, on qualifying repairs and components.



ENGINE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain engine warranty coverage, the customer must provide verifiable documentation of oil changes performed at intervals not exceeding 5,000 miles. Failure to provide proof of proper maintenance will result in denial of warranty coverage.

TRANSMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To maintain transmission warranty coverage, the customer must provide verifiable documentation of transmission fluid service performed at intervals not exceeding 50,000 miles. Failure to provide proof of proper maintenance will result in denial of warranty coverage.

COOLING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To maintain warranty coverage on any and all cooling system components, the customer must provide verifiable documentation of coolant system service performed at intervals not exceeding 36,000 miles. Failure to provide proof of proper maintenance will result in denial of warranty coverage.

WEAR ITEMS
The following components are considered wear items and are covered under a separate warranty of 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first:

• Brake pads and shoes
• Brake rotors and drums
• Transmission clutches
• Pressure plates
• Flywheels

NEGLECT OR ABUSE
Any evidence of neglect, abuse, improper use, or failure to follow required maintenance intervals will void all warranty coverage, regardless of time or mileage.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
Damage to a covered part or system, due to a failure of a non covered part or system is not covered under the 7/77 warranty. 

REPAIR LOCATION REQUIREMENT
All warranty repairs must be performed exclusively by BGM Automotive. Repairs performed elsewhere will not be covered or reimbursed under any circumstances.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the repair or service. It is non-transferable.

PROOF OF COVERAGE
It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain proof of repairs and any and all receipts of work performed, BGM does save records of work done for convince, but due to unforeseeable issues cannot be responsible for maintaining customer records. 

BGM Automotive Reserves the right to inspect all vehicles and maintenance records prior to approving any warranty claim.
